When customers have selected the code of the red-packet and decided the quantity of the order, it takes 15-day to let customers pick up at our store from the date customers fully pay the cost on. If customers would like to place an order for tailor-made red-packet, once we received the deposit and the info such as the design and/or logo of the red-packet, we will create a artwork for customers within 4-day. After customers confirm the artwork, It takes 3 weeks to let customers pick up the order at our store from the date customers pay off the balance on.
Delivery Service
Hong Kong:
It takes 2-3 working days to deliver the red packet to the designated address, the cost is HK$70.
Oversea:
It takes around 5 working days to deliver the red packet to the designated address via SpeedPost/UPS. The postage charged subject to weight and quantity of the goods that should be paid by customers. Customers can pay the cost of order via Paypal system or via remittance.
